Win a Ski Vacation for Four in St. Anton, Austria!

The New England Ski Museum’s ski vacation raffle is back for another year—your chance to win a one-week stay for four in Hannes Schneider’s Austrian hometown of St. Anton am Arlberg! Christoph and Hannah Schneider, owners of the Schneider Hof Boutique Hotel Garni, have generously donated a self- catered apartment for April 6–13, 2027. Weekly ski passes for four to the entire Arlberg Region complete this incredible prize.
St. Anton am Arlberg is one of Europe’s premier ski destinations, with terrain reaching up to 9,222 ft and a vertical drop of almost 5,000 ft. It offers world-class skiing across a dynamic mix of more than 185 miles of groomed trails and legendary off-trail/backcountry terrain with roughly 150 miles of powder runs, served by 85 lifts, gondolas and trams, making it one of the largest and most varied ski areas in the Alps and perfect for everyone from intermediate to advanced skiers.
The Schneider Hof is the original home of Austrian ski pioneer Hannes Schneider, often called the Father of Modern Skiing. Schneider came to North Conway in 1939 and helped develop Cranmore Mountain and the Mount Washington Valley into a major ski destination. He became world-famous for developing the Arlberg technique of downhill ski instruction. Raffle tickets are $100 each, six for $500, or 14 for $1,000, with the prize package valued at $10,000. Get your raffle chances here, by phone at (603) 730-5044, or in person at the Museum branches in North Conway and Franconia. The drawing will take place in December 2026.
All proceeds benefit the Museum and its educational programs, including the popular fourth- grade ski history program, “In Martha’s Memory.”
“A raffle ticket makes a perfect last-minute gift,” says Museum Director Andrea Masters. “And if you give it to a couple, chances are you’ll be invited along for this amazing adventure!” The New England Ski Museum, a member-supported nonprofit with branches in North Conway and Franconia, preserves the rich history of skiing through its collections, exhibits, and educational programs. The Museum is open seven days a week in December and vacation weeks, and on weekends otherwise, always with free admission.
